Still thinking of your Chinese New Year outfit? We’ve got an idea. Wear red and boost good luck with KFC’s limited-edition CNY-themed shorts!

On Feb. 6, get yourself a pair of their unisex boxer shorts for free if you buy any Bak Kwa meal or bundle from KFC’s Lunar New Year menu. The limited-edition shorts, called “HuatWear,” come in bright red colour and are printed with lucky symbols such as the God of Fortune, prosperity coins, and longevity peaches.

There are three simple steps to get yourself a pair: First, head to any participating outlet and get a queue number. One queue number is equivalent to one free HuatWear. Second, purchase your Chicken Bak Kwa Meal or bundle. Lastly, redeem your free shorts by presenting your queue number and receipt at the designated booth in the store.

But there’s a catch! There are only 888 pieces available in its eight participating branches: VivoCity, Kallang, NEX, West Mall, Jurong Point, NorthPoint City, Causeway Point, and Tampines Mall. So if you’re interested in these cute shorts, we suggest you plan your visit as early as possible.

Ready to spread the huat this season? Head to any participating KFC store soon and get your hands on these HuatWear shorts. No more contemplating on huat to wear when welcoming the Year of the Dragon!
