2024 has been a milestone year for Peach Blossoms, solidifying its reputation as Singapore's leadingChinese restaurant. Celebrated for its innovative approach to modern Chinese cuisine, the restaurant earned its debut on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 51-100 Extended List at an impressive #74, making it the highest-ranked Chinese restaurant in Singapore.
Earlier in the year, it was also featured on the 50 Best Discovery list and recognized in Tatler Dining’s Top 20 Restaurants in Singapore.
Under the visionary leadership of Executive ChineseChef Edward Chong, Peach Blossoms continues to push boundaries. In October, Chef Edward introduced a groundbreaking eight-course menu, "Same Story, New Journey," which reimagines his signature dishes while reflecting on his evolving culinary artistry.
This year, Peach Blossoms also embraced collaboration, hosting acclaimed chefs from across Asia. In November, they partnered with Chef Takeshi "Goh" Fukuyama of Michelin-starredGoh in Japan and Filipino chefs Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar of Celera for exclusive dining experiences.
Earlier this year, the restaurant also welcomed Chef Chen Zhiping from China’s Michelin-starredMeet the Bund for their Fujian Diaspora menu in July and also teamed up with Hong Kong’s Chef ArChan Chan of Ho Lee Fook in April to craft an eight-course reimagining of dim sum.
