MinSuiZen·Raku, Taiwan’s highly sought-after Omakase Teppanyaki, is making its soft opening in Singapore this month. This is the restaurant’s third overseas outlet, following their branches in Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Specializing in Japanese Omakase Teppanyaki, the Singapore branch offers a meticulously curated 12-course menu priced at S$138. Premium ingredients such as fresh seasonal fish, salmon, scallops, black tiger prawns, rich prawn soup, and A5 Wagyu Beef can be expected from the menu, which will surely capture the hearts of Singaporean foodies.

Every dish highlights the natural flavors of the mentioned ingredients, precisely prepared by culinary experts, and presented with Japanese artisanal tableware and minimalist plating.
During the soft-opening period from Dec. 12, 2024, to Jan. 12, 2025, all diners will be receiving a complimentary Honey Lemon Sparkling Drink, personally made by the head chef. If you’re celebrating your birthday, then you’ll also get the executive chef’s special dessert.
MinSuiZen Raku won the Top 10-High Value Fine-Dining Teppanyaki Award in Taiwan for two years straight, and this restaurant is set to replicate that success in Singapore by using locally sourced ingredients, making for a truly unique dining experience.
