Prepare yourself for pizza extraordinaire as the World’s Best Pizza Pastry Chef Roberto Davanzo, from Bob Alchimia a Spicchi in Italy, is coming to Singapore to host a three-day dinner pop-up.
Happening from Oct. 16 to 18 at La Bottega Enoteca, the Lion City’s number one pizzeria, the Bob Alchimia a Spicchi pop-up will feature an eight-course menu composed of chef Davanzo’s famed pizzas.
Davanzo is set to showcase his interpretation of innovative Italian tastes by combining unexpected flavors and ingredients. Diners can also expect a range of sweet and savory pizzas, which earned Davanzo the moniker of the fine dining “Pizza Alchemist.”
The Bob Alchimia a Spicchi pop-up will have two timeslots, the first one to be held at 5:30 PM and the second at 8:30 PM. It is available at S$148++ per person and can be booked via La Bottega Enoteca’s website.
Davanzo began his journey as a pastry chef in 2016, when he launched Bob Alchimia a Spicchi at Calabria, Italy, with his partner Anna Rotella. It quickly became a dine-in hotspot because of its innovative take on pizzas, specifically with the chef’s dessert pizzas.
