Meridian Massage
Followers of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) are likely familiar with the use of herbal essential oils in their practice. As it gains traction in the beauty industry, we experienced the meridian massage ourselves with trainer, Betsy Belmonte, who kneaded the oil into our arms.
