Google Wallet has officially launched in the Philippines, offering a faster, safer, and more seamless contactless payment system in the country. The rollout makes digital transactions — from tap-to-pay purchases to storing everyday digital items — more accessible to Filipinos.
With Google Wallet, Filipinos can now keep all their digital cards, such as loyalty cards, boarding passes, tickets, and other items, in one secure place. The platform also supports e-wallets like GCash and Maya, along with seven participating banks, allowing users to turn their smartphones (with NFC) and WearOS devices into convenient digital payment cards.
Here is a list of the current partners that support Google Wallet in the Philippines:
- VISA and Mastercard cardholders of ChinaBank, EastWest Bank, RCBC Bank, and Zed.
- VISA cardholders of GoTyme, Maya, Unionbank, and Wise.
- Mastercard cardholders of GCash and Zed
- Airline Partners: Philippine Airlines, AirAsia, Cathay Pacific, Jetstar, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Thai Airways

- Tap and Pay: MRT-3 in Manila, Modern Jeepneys in Cebu and Mandaue
