Skincare enthusiasts, here’s one for you to check out! Global prestige skincare brand SK-II has opened a new concept store in Kuala Lumpur, promising its visitors a reimagined retail experience with its services and offerings.
Unveiled at the Mid Valley Megamall through a grand opening event on June 22, SK-II's new store showcases the brand's PITERA range and their rich history, craftsmanship, skincare innovations, and skin science discoveries.
At the store, guests will be greeted by a product discovery area, where they can explore and check out the SK-II PITERA line. There’s also Magic Scan, an artificial intelligence-powered skin analysis system to help customers curate the perfect SK-II regime.
The store is also adorned with eye-catching Sugidama-inspired balls that hold the product tester bar, which represent the skincare line’s "miracles and unique skin benefits." It also has Hinoki wood-inspired patterns, plus distinct Japanese cypress, Hinoki wood, and sandalwood scents to make the guests’ visits more delightful.
The store also boasts anomotenashi-inspired service, which translates to “wholehearted hospitality,” given by the store’s SK-II skin experts, making sure the guests get the skin pampering they need.
"More than a retail store, we want to provide a sanctuary for her to switch off from the world and immerse in the miracle world of PITERA. This is the beginning of a new era to elevate the SK-II shopping experience, and we look forward to sharing it with the rest of the world,” said Sue Kyung Lee, President of P&G Global Skin and Personal Care, in a press release.
