The white-sand area and cabanas are perfect for unwinding and snapping photos, while a rooftop lounge offers panoramic views over Pattaya Beach and space for up to 300 cocktail-sipping guests.
Feeling peckish? The à la carte menu has a great selection of Mediterranean and Asian flavors — from fresh seafood mains like hand-shucked oysters dressed in salsa verde to paella packed with prawn, mussel and squid that could rival your Spanish summer memories. Lighter offerings like hearty artisanal sandwiches and wraps round out the menu.
Don’t skip dessert: the Sicily Cannoli, oozing with orange mascarpone and pistachio, is pure indulgence.
Drinks are where LAY really makes a splash, literally. The Blue Tides cocktail, a blend of vodka, coconut juice, pandan syrup and coconut milk, topped with coconut foam and pandan notes, is like a dreamy coastal holiday distilled in a glass. Or, for those who like it spicy, the Sriracha Spark reimagines the Bloody Mary with a bold Thai kick.
By day, LAY Beach Club is a laid-back Mediterranean sunspot. By night, DJ performances, cutting visuals on a giant LED screen, and a thrilling 20-minute fire show will take things up a notch, transforming the club into a lively beach bash.
