Get ready to groove as the legendary Canton Disco — Hong Kong’s most iconic nightclub of the 1980s —is reviving its spirit for one unforgettable night.
In celebration of its 40th anniversary, and in partnership with MARTELL, the disco that defined a generation returns for a retro-chic blowout on May 17, 2025.
Back in its prime, Canton Disco was the hottest spot in funky Kowloon, drawing Hong Kong’s creative elite and international stars like Leslie Cheung, Danny Chan, Anita Mui, Eartha Kitt, The Pet Shop Boys, and Sylvester Stallone.
Though its original home on Canton Road has since transformed into a flagship HERMÈS store, the club’s legacy lives on through diehard fans and loyal devotees, both online and off.
Now, the legendary venue makes a one-night comeback at The Trilogy in Central, promising a night dripping with nostalgia and 80s magic.

Expect edgy tunes and classic 80s beats from original Canton Disco DJs, including the iconic founder of Canton Disco DJ Andrew Bull(DJ El Toro), as well as some of the original crew and artiste regulars and party pumpers that will transport you back to the golden age of Hong Kong with a bold cosmopolitan flavor.
Original bartenders will be behind the bar, mixing up retro cocktails that bring back the flavor of the era. Rumor has it, surprise celebrity guests are set to join the party, so keep your eyes open!
For this dazzling night, the “Swimming & Diving Man” logo by designer Alan Chan, now housed in the M+ Museum, will proudly resurface as part of the night’s visual celebration.
Advance tickets are sold out, but General Tickets are available for HK$537 on Eventbrite here, and are selling out fast, with Limited VIP table packages to be released soon.
