Calling all art enthusiasts! InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit is set to host the Hotel Art Fair 2024, transforming over thirty rooms into awe-inspiring exhibition spaces.
Organized by Bangkok-based design consultancy, Farmgroup, the event returns for its 8th edition and celebrates “the things we all share in the simple acts of creating and living amidst our differences.” The Hotel Art Fair is a place where arts, music, and lifestyle enthusiasts come together, and has been connecting people with shared interests since 2016 through a unique and relaxing art experience.
The exhibition will be open for public viewing on Sept. 6 from 11 AM to 5 PM, and throughout Sept. 7 to 8 from 11 AM to 10 PM.
This exciting art experience takes viewers on a journey through the world of contemporary art where they can share perspectives and exchange ideas with its creators. This year’s Hotel Art Fair displays a wide range of artworks selected from art galleries and artists from across Thailand and the Asia Pacific region, as well as celebrity curators like Korn Thongtour and Pramote "Oat" Pathan.
Other artists and galleries collaborating with the art fair this year include A+ Works of Art, Bearwolf Art, Coup d’Esprit Art Gallery, De' Lapae Art Space Narathiwat, Farm Fellas, Gallery Seascape, Joyman Gallery, La Lanta Fine Art, Moon Landing, Number 1 Gallery, Pixcera, Richard Koh Fine Art, Street Star Gallery, Turn Kanama and Friends, and Vairsol.
Each of the participants will have their works displayed across thirty rooms on the 14th and 15th floors of the hotel. Special zones will also feature artworks from art students from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and Chulalongkorn University.
Viewers can take part in this one-of-a-kind art experience for FREE. All you have to do is register for a timeslot here. To learn more about the participating artists and galleries, visit the official website.
