Porsche fans in Bangkok are in for a treat, as the luxury carmaker has opened its new experiential space in the city that’s perfect for hangouts.

Called Curvistan, the new space will officially open its doors to the public today, Sept. 6, at Sukhumvit 38, next to the BTS Thonglor Skytrain station. Curvistan Bangkok will house a display of Porsche’s iconic designs, aiming to provide an unparalleled Porsche experience to motorheads and the brand’s fans alike.

What makes it more exciting? Well, not only does it have a gallery, but there’s also a bar, a cafe, and an event space—all in one place!

At Curvistan Bangkok, visitors can expect curated collections from the Porsche universe, ranging from cars to merchandise and artworks. Guests can also immerse themselves in Porsche’s rich history with various photographs placed at the gallery.

The event space is also where the Curvistan will come alive, which is set to host the inaugural exhibition "Porsche: A Design Manifesto,” which explores the aesthetic cosmos behind the brand, among other exhibits and events.

After navigating through the gallery, visitors can also sit down, relax, and enjoy a cup of joe or a refreshing beverage at the cafe and bar, as well as interact with fellow Porsche lovers and design enthusiasts.

“Curvistan offers a unique blend of coffee shop, automotive and art gallery, and concept store, providing a vibrant experience for all Porsche enthusiasts. This was achieved through collaborations with distinguished local curators, each a specialist in their field, ensuring every element of Curvistan works in perfect harmony,” said Stefan Bogner, publisher of the magazine Curves, a photographer, and the brains behind Curvistan Bangkok’s design.

Working with Bogner on the project is Chanond Ruangkritya, an entrepreneur and CEO of one of the top real estate companies in Thailand.

Curvistan follows the recent opening of the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok, its first design tower in Thailand.

Curvistan Bangkok is open from 7 AM to midnight daily, while its exhibition area is open from 7 AM to 6 PM only. To learn more about Curvistan Bangkok, visit its Facebook and Instagram pages.
