Remember that time when Gordon Ramsay was flying all over Asia? Just a month ago, he announced during his visit to the Philippines their plans to open new restaurants in the country. This stop in Bangkok, however, is because of another launching — talk about busy and booked!
Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant franchise Bread Street Kitchen & Bar has opened its flagship branch in Bangkok’s ICONSIAM. It is the second Bread Street Kitchen & Bar location in the Thai capital, with the first located in Emsphere in the EM district.
The opening was made possible with its partnership with local distributor Tanachira Group, with the outlet’s industrial warehouse-style décor being inspired by the London flagship, St. Paul’s. The dining area at ICONSIAM includes banquette seating, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and an open kitchen giving guests a view of how their food is prepared by the chefs.
The outlet also offers a private dining room seating 12 guests, and an outdoor seating area with views of the river.
Located on Level 3 of ICONSIAM, a landmark boasting views of the Chao Phraya River, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar offers British cuisine and “world-class culinary experiences” to Thai customers and showcases the best of the multi-Michelin-star-awarded restauranteur’s dishes, such as his world-famous Beef Wellington (THB4,500), Fish & Chips (THB750), and the Sticky Toffee Pudding (THB250).
Some dishes are exclusively available in the ICONSIAM branch, such as the Slow-cooked Massaman Beef Cheek (THB790), the BSK Seafood Platter (THB5,500), BSK Poke Bowl (THB490), and the Harissa-roasted Half Chicken (THB590).
The bar boasts talented mixologists crafting an incredible menu of curated cocktails, including the classic Ramsay’s G&T (THB390).
